You must first obtain a marriage license and then have a marriage ceremony at the city clerk’s office or another location.
Couples are invited to apply for a Marriage License conveniently either in person or online at www.nyc.gov/cupid. Please note that in-person Marriage Licenses are issued by appointment only, and couples need to arrive on time; late arrivals will not be admitted.
If you are applying online, you will receive a digital download in your Cupid account and Both of you must be present in New York, even for a virtual appointment.

The first step to planning your fairytale elopement is contacting us! Simply complete our online form and arrange a phone call with one of our experienced wedding planners. They’ll ask you questions to get a better understanding of your ideal elopement and keep it within your budget.
